Because we sell digital products, all purchases are delivered electronically and no physical items are shipped.

Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

Refunds

All sales are generally final. However, we may issue a refund in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

  • You did not receive your digital product due to a verified technical issue that we are unable to resolve.

  • A refund is required under applicable law.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase.
