Because we sell digital products, all purchases are delivered electronically and no physical items are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

All sales are generally final. However, we may issue a refund in the following circumstances:

You were charged more than once for the same order.
You did not receive your digital product due to a verified technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
A refund is required under applicable law.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase.

If you experience any problems downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
